Powering and Installation
Powering the System Indoors
Plug one end of the AC to DC adapter into the DC Input jack on the right side of the mobile TV , then plug the other end into the 100~240V AC power receptacle.Note: Use the provided AC to DC adapter or an adapter with proper specifications.
Powering the System with Built-in Battery
A built-in rechargeable battery (Li-Polymer) is included for use. When the built-in battery cannot power the TV or is used for the first time, recharge it.- Turn off the TV
- Connect the AC to DC adapter to the DC jack and a standard wall outlet
- The red charge indicator will light
- Once fully recharged, the light will turn off
- Disconnect the AC to DC adapter after the battery is fully charged
Note: The TV can operate 2 hrs with built-in battery. When the sound level lowers or the picture becomes unstable, charge the battery about 7 hours.
Controls, Indicators, and Connectors

- IR Sensor:Infrared sensor receives information from remote.

- MENU button:Open and close TV menu or pressing and holding it to interrupt the auto scan.
- Up/Down/Left/Right buttons:Used to navigate on-screen menus.
- CH+/-: Select the previous or next channel.
- VOL+/-:Increase/decrease the volume.
- ENTER button:Confirm your selection.
- INPUT button:Switch between TV and AV IN.
- WIDE button:Switches the screen between the 16:9 and 4:3 screen displays.
- RF IN:Connect with antenna.
- AV IN:Connect with AV device.
- Headphone jack:Insert headphone (not included) for private listening. It can disable the speakers.
- Brightness Up/Down Control:Adjust the brightness.
- POW/CHG LED:Lights green when the TV on and lights red when the built-in battery is charging.
- DC 9V jack: Connect to the provided AC to DC adapter.
Note:Moving the TV may cause signal loss, especially for digital programs. The TV will shut off automatically if it receives no signal for 15 minutes.
Setting the DTV
To Set the DTV
Enter the channel number followed by “-1.” For example, enter “11-1” for the digital channel 11. If available, the digital channel appears. Some digital stations provide multiple broadcasts on a single channel. To access these directly, enter higher numbers after the channel number. Take “11-2” “11-3” for example. If available, these digital channels appear.
Using the External Antenna
When the picture is not clear with the built-in rod antenna, try placing your TV near a window or connecting an external antenna to the TV for improve reception. If you are in a weak TV signal area, or are inside a concrete building, you might need an external antenna to improve reception. Connect the external antenna to the RF IN jack on the right side of the TV. Follow the install steps below:Diagram I
Screw the rod antenna loose from the RF IN jack.

Screw the rod antenna onto the top jack of the magnet pedestal.

Screw the metal plug of the external antenna onto the RF IN jack on the TV.

Place the magnet pedestal vertically; pull the rod antenna to scan channels.
Using Your TV as a Monitor
1. Press INPUT button and select AV IN mode.
2. Connect the AV cable plugs to the out jack of AV Device as below:
- Yellow plug: Connect to the VIDEO OUT jack on the AV Device.
- Red plug: Connect to the AUDIO IN R jack on the AV Device.
- White plug: Connect to the AUDIO IN L jack on the AV Device.
Troubleshooting
The player won’t turn on?
- Charge the battery.
- Check the AC to DC adapter is connected.
- Connect to another power outlet.
- Do a full scan of channels by pressing “Auto” on the remote or in the Menu settings
- Make sure the input selection is set to TV instead of AV
- Position your TV to a better location with the external antenna connected and do a channel rescan.
- Increase the volume.
- Press MUTE on the remote control to turn off mute.
- Unplug the headphones.
- Adjust the telescoping antenna.
- Move to a window (if inside a building structure).
- Use an external antenna (The one provided or regular antenna.)
- Remove any obstacles between the remote and the TV.
- Replace the battery in the remote control.
